Store Information

All of our cushions are lovingly made by hand at our workshop in South Wales.

The majority of our cushions are made to order, however, our pre made collection will showcase a selection of cushions available for purchase.  These will be made from high end designer fabrics/trimmings that we have sourced and put together to create pieces that will elevate your living space. 

Our made to order collection will feature a range of cushions in different styles, materials, sizes and colours.  If you have something in mind that you cant see on the website then please contact us - we have access to thousands of fabrics and can create a design specifically for your home and style.

Our made to order cushions have a current lead time of 15 working days.  We will always notify the customer if there is any change to this.  Please see our Refund Policy page for all information on returns/exchanges.

Postage and Packaging

All of our products are sent with tracked delivery via Parcelforce and clients will be provided with their tracking number on despatch.  Due to the weight of the filled cushions, we are unable to offer free delivery as it is too costly to us as a small business.

Our postage fees are set at £8.95 for filled cushions.

We as a company make no profit whatsoever from postage and will keep aiming to work with couriers to find the best available price for shipping goods.  Any postage discounts we receive will always be passed onto the client.

For international clients - we are happy to ship overseas but please contact us first so we can arrange an accurate shipping cost. We must remind you to consider any custom charges as the client is liable for these.

If you are local to Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan, we can offer collections for a small cost of £3 - please get in touch if you reside in this area and would like to use this service.

Our cushions are packaged in a protective clear bag made from 100% recycled materials.

For cost and environmental purposes, our shipping boxes are primarily once-used recycled cardboard.  If you would like a new box for shipping items, please let us know, however there will be an increase to postage cost.
